Cosy 3 bedroom Apartment in Nice - Vieux Port
|
The apartment of approximately 68 sqm is located on the second French floor of a walkup building with intercom system.
The building is located on Boulevard Stalingrad, a stone throw from Nice Vieux Port and a few minutes walk from the Old Town, in the heart of Nice. This accommodation is available for weekly or monthly rentals, throughout the year. It sleeps up to 4 people.
You enter the apartment via a long corridor along which the rooms are distributed.
The living room is furnished with a large sofa, comfortable armchairs, a coffee table and a dining table seating 4. There is a TV and a stereo system with CD player. There are 2 windows opening onto a street and overlooking the sea !
The open kitchen with eating counter is equipped with 4 gas burners, an oven, a refrigerator / freezer and a dishwasher.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV.
The other 2 bedrooms are furnished with a single bed. Each bedroom has a window opening onto the street.
The large bathroom has a bathtub, a separate stall shower and a washbasin with mirror. There is a separated toilet with a washbasin. A washing machine is available.
The apartment is located one block from the Vieux Port and few blocks from the Old Town, near the coast. It is close to the Ferries Terminal (to Corsica).
The famous Promenade des Anglais is about 10 minutes walk away from the apartment. Also, within a short stroll, the Old Town (Vieux Nice) contains a treasure-trove of Baroque art from the 17th and 18th centuries. There are many churches among the narrow streets of this fascinating and timeless district of Nice. All the shops, restaurant and cafés are nearby. Bakeries, groceries, dry-cleaners you are in one of the French largest cities and everything is within reach.
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the Baie des Anges, is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences. The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), has been built on land reclaimed on the sea, and offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
