This property is located in a semi-detached house of large villa with large garden.
This ground floor (+1) one bedroom duplex apartment can accommodate 4 people. The owners leave in a Villa nearby which has a completely separate entrance so you will have entire privacy.
The layout is as follows :
Ground floor :
You enter the apartment through the living room, furnished with a double convertible sofa-bed and an armchair. A small stereo is available.
There is a large French door opening onto a small private terrace and the garden.
There is a round dining table seating 4.
Next is the fully equipped open kitchen with 4 electric burners and an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine.
First French floor :
The elegant wooden spiral staircase gives access to the upper floor where you will find the bedroom, furnished with two single beds with a bedside table, a built-in closet and a chest of drawers. There is a windows facing east and overlooking the garden.
The bathroom has a stall shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
A Wifi, internet access is available.
Outside :
Out of the apartment you will enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and the large garden. A boules pitch (famous "Petanque" game in Provence) and a BBQ are available.
You will be able to have lunch or dinner under the shade of a 5 centuries old oak tree !
You will have access to a share swimming pool in a small resort located a few minutes walk from the property.
Neighborhood :
The property is located a few minutes from Salon de Provence an average sized town of Bouches du Rhône, in the heart of Provence, between Avignon and Aix en Provence.
This location is ideal to discover Provence.
Access :
50 km from Marseilles, 35 km from Aix en Provence, 40 km from Avignon, 25 km from Cavaillon and 35 km from Arles.
You can get to Salon de Provence by road (A7 motorway) (or TGV to Aix en Provence or Avignon and drive from there). You can also fly into Marseilles and drive from there.
