Cosy one bedroom duplex in a large property with park - Lourmarin
|
This property is located 500m away from the village of LOURMARIN, one of the most beautiful villages of France, in a calm surrounding.
This detached small house is part of a property composed of a main villa, a studio house and a one bedroom house.
Surrounded by a large park (15 000 sqm), the property is very peaceful.
This detached one bedroom house accommodates 2 people. It is available for weekly rentals. There are nice exposed beams and terracotta tiles.
The layout is as follows :
Ground floor :
The separate kitchen is equipped with two gas burners, a small electric oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster. It is furnished with a small dining table and built-in closets. A large refrigerator and freezer and a washing machine are available in a store room next to the kitchen.
The living room is furnished with a double convertible sofa, armchairs and a working fireplace. There is a large bay window opening onto the park giving a lot of light the whole apartment.
The stairs lead to a large mezzanine bedroom.
First Floor :
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a bookshelf. It is equipped with a TV and a stereo.
There is a en-suite dressing room.
The bathroom has a washbasin, a tub and a French bidet.
The house opens onto a terrace facing the large park planted with trees and lawn.
Neighborhood :
The property is on one of the roads leading to the Chateau - within 5 mn walking distance from cafés, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, squares and only a stone throw from the Chateau.
Lourmarin, Vaucluse is a nice village in the Luberon region with a lovely Castle, famous for it's landscapes and villages overlooking the valley and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Lourmarin is a unique combination of historic buildings, natural surroundings and a feeling of spaciousness. Surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards and lavender fields.
It is renowned for its excellent cuisine, with Michelin rated restaurants.
Every Friday is the village market.
Access :
70 km from Marseilles, 20 km from Pertuis, 35 km from Aix en Provence, 55 km from Avignon and 30 km from Cavaillon.
You can get to Lourmarin by road or by train (TGV to Avignon or Aix). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles and drive from there.
