Large 7 bedroom 3 baths Villa in a private domain with direct access to the beach in Cavaliere.

Located on the " Cap Negre" , between Hyeres and Saint Tropez, this property facing the sea can accommodate up to 14 people. The property is located on a 30 hectares sea front private domain with full time doorman and offers a lot of security. The villa is built on a 3000 M2 private garden. Composed of two separate apartments, this villa can be rented either entirely (2 floors, 7 bedrooms) or one apartment only. Ground floor : 6 people, First floor : 8 people Important : in order to ensure privacy when you rent one of the apartments, the second one will not be occupied. The layout is as follows : First French Floor Apartment with 3 bedroom one bath : +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ You have access to this floor via the main entrance of the villa. The large living room is furnished with 2 sofas and armchairs. It is equipped with a stereo. The room offers a stunning view onto the garden and the sea. A modern Fireplace separates this area from the open kitchen, equipped with 4 electric induction plates and an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher. There is an eating counter. From this room you have direct access onto a large covered terrace with a large dining table and some garden furniture. 3 bedrooms are available on this floor. One is furnished with a queen sized bed and two with a double bed. Each bedroom has Air Conditioning. These rooms share one large bathroom : with a double washbasin and a large tub. There is a separate toilet. Ground Floor Apartment with 4 bedroom two bath: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ You enter the apartment either from the front of the house or via an indoor staircase. The colourful living room is furnished with a sofa and a convertible sofabed. There is a 82cm wide TV and a stereo. The original central open kitchen is equipped with 4 electric induction plates and an electric oven. There is an eating counter. At the back, is a separate room with refrigerator/freezer and deep freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine with dryer. You will find 4 bedrooms on this floor A master bedroom with a double bed (large Bay window opening onto the garden). There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two other bedrooms have a double bed, one has two single beds. Each bedroom has a window opening onto the garden. These three bedrooms share a second bathroom with washbasin and a shower. There is a separated toilet. A DSL WIFI INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE Outside : You will find two terraces. One partly covered and one facing south and overlooking the garden and the sea. A private parking space is available for various cars. The house is built onto the hill. The garden is planted with trees and has a lightening system at night. The property is in a private domain with stunning views onto the sea. Down a small private path under the trees, you can walk, within a few minutes to 2 beaches. (One of them has, a guards security team during the summer). Actually kids can safely walk alone from the villa to the beach. You can also park a small boat on one of these beaches. Cavaliere is just a few kilometres from Le Lavandou and La Croix-Valmer. It is a nice coastal village right onto the Riviera. It has a nice sandy beach, Many activities are offered : Jet Sky, windsurf, sailing. You will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes in Cavaliere, only a few minutes walk from the property. Access : There are several ways of arriving at Cavaliere. You can either arrive from the Maures Hills (A 8 exit Le Cannet des Maures through la Garde-Freinet and Cogolin) or arrive from Toulon, the headset of the department, through the coastal road. The "Toulon/Hyères Airport" is approximately 30-35 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
