This 55m2 comfortable apartment can accommodate 4 people. The 30m2 living room has 2 double convertible sofa beds, a coffee table, a round dining table, a cupboard. It is equipped with a satelitte TV with home cinema, a DVD and a stereo. Next to this room is an alcove bedroom furnished with a queen size bed and a large built-in closet. From the living room you have access to a small garden and a terrace facing south and the Riviera. Some garden furniture is available. The open kitchen has a sink, two electric plates, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven and a coffee maker. It is separated from the living room by a counter. The bathroom decorated with teak, is all tiled and has a tub, a washbasin and a toilet. There is Air Conditioning. Neighborhood: The apartment is locate right on the "Promenade des Anglais". There is quick access to the motor way and the airport. Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Cannes, Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some skiing resorts. Nice is attractive all year long. Access : 30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV ). You can also fly to Nice international airport.
