This large 7 bedroom-4 bath elegant villa is located in the countryside, 5mn drive from the village of Rognes, near Aix en Provence. It can accommodate up to 13 people. The layout is as follows : ============= Upper Floor : ============= The lounge is furnished with sofas, armchairs and a coffee table. Next is the dining area with a large dining table. An elegant staircase leads to a library/ TV room which overlooks the dining room. There is a large inside patio with garden furniture that has access to a spacious veranda with sliding bay windows. You have direct access to the large south exposed terrace via sliding bay windows. The open eat-in-kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas burners, an oven, a large refrigerator / freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher and a microwave. A counter separates the kitchen from the living room. At the rear of the kitchen you will find a laundry/store room as well as a fitness room. 6 bedroom can be found on the upper floor, each has a window opening onto the garden. Four bedroom are located in the west side of the villa. ======================================== The first bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds, the second is furnished with two single beds, the third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, one with a large tub and a separate toilet. Two other bedrooms can be found in the east side of the villa : ============================================ The fifth bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a baby bed. The sixth bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a large bathtub and a stall shower with hydro-massage and a separate toilet. ========== Lower Floor : ========== An internal staircase gives access to the lower floor where you will find an independent bedroom also accessible via the garden.This large suite is furnished with a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a stall shower an separate toilet. Outside : ============== You will enjoy the large garden planted with trees and lawn, including a swimming pool. Neighborhood : Sourrounded by vineyards and forest, this property is ideal for nature lovers. It is located in the countryside of Rognes, less than 15 minutes drive from North from Aix en Provence (20 km), 50 minutes drive from Marseille. Main shops are available in the village of Rognes. The location is also ideal to take day trips to the French Riviera, or short trips to the Mount Sainte Victoire, famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . Aix is less than 15 minutes drive, you are less than an hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and a 15 minutes from the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Aix en Provence is famous for its historic center but also summer festivals (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). Access : 20 km from Aix en Provence , 50 km from Marseilles. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
