This spacious & comfortable apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais, close to Radisson Hotel. The 30m2 living room has a double convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, a round dining table and a cupboard. There is a extra single bed. It is equipped with a TV and phone line, including a DSL Internet access. There is a terrace (with garden furniture) facing south with a lovely sea view. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with four gas burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Next to this room is an bedroom furnished with two twin beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. There is a chest of drawers and a large built-in closet. This room has an Air Conditioning device and gives direct access to a balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom is all tiled and has a tub, a washbasin and a French bidet. There is a separate toilet. In the corridor between the living room and the bedroom is an extra closet. Neighbourhood: The apartment is locate right on the "Promenade des Anglais". There is quick access to the motor way and the airport. Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Cannes, Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some skiing resorts. Nice is attractive all year long. Access : 30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV ). You can also fly to Nice international airport.
