Original and Romantic 2 bedroom house with pool garden and daily maid service in Le Cap D'Antibes.

This original house located in Le Cap d'Antibes, is a former green house converted in the 1980s by the owner who is an architect.
The house is "designed for living with the garden". The property is built on 2 floors and can accommodate 4 people maximum.
The living room face the garden. It is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a dining table.
There is a working fireplace (in addition to central heating).
The following equipments are available :
Satellite TV, telephone & fax, DSL Internet access.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with electric plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer.
In front of the house is a covered terrace, converted as a summer dining room.
A first bathroom with a stall shower (+ toilet) is available on this floor and has direct access to the garden so that it can be used from and to the pool.
An external staircase (covered by a glass veranda) leads to the second floor
Two bedrooms are available on this second French floor.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed with bedside tables and a closet. There is a TV set.
The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds, a built-in closet and a chest of drawer.
Each bedroom has a French window opening onto a balcony overlooking the garden.
These bedrooms share a bathroom with a washbasin and a tub.
There is a separate toilet with a washbasin.
In order to make your stay even more enjoyable a daily maid service is organized.

An external spiral case leads a great roof terrace offering an amazing view over the Cap d'Antibes and neighbouring gulfs and seaside resorts. There is also a view over the garden.
You will enjoy the lovely Mediterranean garden which has a lovely lawn and a sizable swimming pool.
Chairs, tables, mattresses, deckchairs for sunbathing & sun umbrellas are available.

The house is located in the middle of the Cap d'Antibes in a peaceful street. (close to the ancient Chapelle de la Garoupe.
All the public and privately run beaches around the Cap d'Antibes are reachable within a walking distance of 5 to 10 mn. A bus stop is 100 metres away (Bus to downtown Antibes).
The property is situated on the prestigious the Cap d'Antibes (famous for its billionaires and its beautiful mansions). The center of Antibes with its many restaurants, shops and cafés is nearby. Antibes is actually the Riviera's second largest town. It spreads outwards from its original town fortified with ramparts. The old town is a labyrinth of narrow allies and pleasant streets in the warm honey-colored stone used to build most of its historic monuments such as Vauban's construction of the Fort Carré.
2-3 kilometers to the west, just after the Cap d'Antibes, Juan-les-Pins is known as one of the coolest bathing resort on the Côte d'Azur. The town is especially well known for its connections with the world of jazz (several streets and squares have been named after famous jazz musicians) and its lively nightlife. Nice, the regional center and seat of the department, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only four hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 30-40 minutes away.
