Elegant 7 bedroom 5 bath Villa in Beauvallon (Ste Maxime)- Golfe de Saint Tropez

This property is in a private enclosed domain that you can access only with a digit-code. The property is located one kilometre from the beach, and a few minutes walk from the Golf of Beauvallon and tennis courts. There is a tree and lawn -planted garden (1800 sqm) with a large swimming pool. The property can accommodate up to 11 people. The layout is as follows : Upper Floor : ============= The lounge is furnished with sofas, armchairs and a dining table. It is equipped with a Home Theatre System. Windows overlooking the garden provide light in the whole room. There is a direct access to the large terrace via two French windows. This south exposed terrace is furnished with a large rectangle dining table, comfortable cane sofas and 2 large umbrellas. The separate eat-in-kitchen is fully equipped with 4 electric plates and an oven, a large American standard refrigerator / freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher and a microwave. From the Kitchen you have direct access to the south exposed terrace. By the living room, you will find a first bedroom. It is furnished with two twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed.(French window giving access to the terrace). There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a tub and toilet. The second bedroom on this floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed (two twin beds convertible into a king size bed) and a large desk. There is a TV. Two French windows open onto the south exposed terrace. There is a large en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin, tub, separate stall shower and separated toilet. All the rooms of the upper floor have air conditioning and all the bedrooms (7) are equipped with a TV set. Lower Floor : ========== An internal staircase gives access to the lower floor where five other bedrooms are available. The first bedroom is furnished with two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. There is a window facing south and opening onto the garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with a tub, separated shower and separate toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single bunk beds These bedrooms share a bathroom with a double washbasin, a tub and separate toilet. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a pull out bed (single or double) and has an en-suite washbasin and shower.(east exposed window). At the back part of lower floor you will find a large store-room as well as a service bedroom with a single bed, washbasin and toilet. (direct access to the garden). There is also a laundry room with sink, washer and dryer. Outside : You will enjoyed the large landscaped garden and terraces as well as the large swimming pool with deck chair (security fence). Access : The private domain where the property is is located on the road leading from Sainte-Maxime to Saint-Tropez. Those two well-known villages were the Bay's former sentries. Today, the geographical location of Saint-Maxime and its number of inhabitants make it the largest town of the Bay. If you are feeling athletic the Golf course of Beauvallon (that you may have seen on our pictures) is a wonderful playground and offers stunning views on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. You can also practice tennis, sailing, jet ski, mountain biking or the local 'Pétanque' (boules). This location is perfect for sport lovers ! Art lovers will find many art galleries in Sainte-Maxime as well as in Saint-Tropez. There are several ways of arriving at Sainte-Maxime. The closet expressway exit is Le Muy on the A 8. Then the departmental road 25 crosses the Maures Hills and leads to Sainte-Maxime. ). The "Toulon/Hyères Airport" is approximately 40-45 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
