Lovely and peaceful villa with garden and swimming pool

Lovely and Peaceful Three-bedroom Villa in La Ciotat, Bouches du Rhône
South exposed, this 180m2 villa can accommodate 6 people.
The entry hall leads to the living room and to the right to the kitchen.
The 50m2 living room has a dining table, a cupboard, a coffee table, a sofa, four armchairs and a TV. There is a large fireplace and a bookcase.
There are two large windows facing the south and giving access to a large terrace and the garden.
The separate kitchen has a sink, four gas electric burners with an oven, a refrigerator/Freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker and a window.
The 20m2 master bedroom has a window facing the terrace (south exposure), a double bed with bedside tables, a large closet.
The second 18m2 bedroom has a window also facing east and the garden. It has a double bed.
The third 18m2 bedroom has a window facing south and the terrace, it is furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Next to this room is a small service room with large closets.
The large bathroom has a tub, a washbasin, a French Bidet and a window. There is a separate WC.
There is a large open space on the ground floor which can be used as a storage as well as an extra small bedroom furnished with two single beds (ideal for teenagers).
The 500m2 garden is planted with very nice trees and plants. There is a 5mX10m Swimming pool.
From the garden you will have access to a small path leading to the beach located at a few minutes walk.
Neighborhood :
The apartment is at walking distance from the beach (10 minutes).
Close to Marseilles and Toulon, La Ciotat is a small city by the Mediterranean Sea. It used to be one of the largest shipyards in France which disappeared about 20 years ago. La Ciotat is now a very peaceful and attractive place for leisure and tourism.
Access :
40 km from Marseilles and 45 km From Toulon (Var)
You can get to La ciotat by road or by train (TGV To Marseilles). You can also fly to Marseilles or Toulon-Hyères airports and drive from there.
