Peaceful and Spacious 5 Bedroom Bastide with swimming-pool in the country side of Aix en Provence, near Puyricard.Located 3km from Aix en Provence city centre , this 19th Century refurbished property can accommodate 7/8 people. It is a three floors accommodation with garden and swimming pool.
The layout is as follows :
Ground Floor :

You enter the house via an entrance hall.The comfortable lounge is composed of a double convertible sofa-bed, a double sofa, a coffee table, large bookshelves and a fire place. There is a window opening onto the garden.Next is the separate fully equipped eat-in-kitchen with 4 gas burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer and a dish washer. There is a coffee maker and a toaster. A large rectangle dining table is available.From this room you have a direct access to the garden and the laundry room equipped with a dishwasher, a dryer and an extra freezer.There is a separate WC.
First Floor :

A second living room (reading & TV Room) is available on this floor. It is furnished with a large sofa and bookshelves. A spiral staircase leads to an area of the upper floor to which tenants will not have access.A small office (desk + shelves) is also available on this floor.Three bedrooms are available on the first French Floor.The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. There is a window facing the garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with double washbasin and stall shower (+ separated toilet)The second and third bedroom are both furnished with a single bed. There is a window opening onto the garden.These rooms share a bathroom with a stall shower and a washbasin and a separate toilet.
An Internet connection is available.
Second Floor :

A metal staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find 2 extra bedrooms each furnished with a single bed and a washbasin.

The garden is planted with trees and lawn. You will enjoy the south exposed terraces with BBQ and garden furniture. You will enjoy the spacious swimming pool.A private parking space is available for various cars.

This villa is located in a quiet area of Aix en Provence, near Puyricard, about 5km South from the Centre of Aix. Main shops are available in Puyricard. You will find a great club with swimming pool and tennis playgrounds, 10 minutes walk from the property.( Aix Country Club).
The closest bus stop to Aix en Provence City center is 200 m walk from the house.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).

25 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
