Various apartments are available in this property. All are on the ground floor. (Garden Level).
You have access to this apartment via the shared terrace and garden. It can accommodate 1 or 2 people.
The 18m2 living room has a two single beds with bed side table and a wardrobe. There is one large window opening onto the terrace and garden.
The open kitchen has a sink two electric burners, and a small refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Outside: you will enjoy the peaceful sunny garden and terrace.

The apartment is locate in one of the best areas of Nice with direct access to the "Vieux Port." There is a very quick access to the east area of Nice including to Monaco.
Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some skiing resorts. Nice is attractive all year long.

30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV ). You can also fly to Nice international airport.
