Located on a peaceful street close to Avenue de Fabron, this spacious apartment is on the ground floor of a private residence with security system. South exposed, this apartment can accommodate 4 people maximum. The living room is furnished with two large sofas, a coffee table and a round dining table. There is a TV (foreign Channels) with DVD Player and a hi-fi stereo. There is a large sliding bay window facing south and opening onto a terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. The bedroom faces north. It is furnished with a double bed with bedside tables. There is a window opening onto the courtyard and garden. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, four vitro ceramic hot plates, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster. There is a washing machine and a window overlooking the garden. The bathroom has a tub and a French bidet. There is a separated WC. A Private Parking space is available. Busses are nearby. You will enjoy the sunny terrace with sea view as well as the share swimming pool with security access in the residence. A DSL Internet access is available. Neighbourhood: The apartment is in the west area of Nice (Nice Fabron), on the hills overlooking the sea, a few minutes from Nice International airport and "The Promenade des Anglais". Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco, Cannes and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some skiing resorts. Nice is attractive all year long. Access : 30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV ). You can also fly to Nice international airport.
