Charming Mediterranean Villa with pool and garden very close to Aix en Provence Centre.

This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa with swimming pool & garden is located a very short drive from the historical center of Aix en Provence.
You can even walk to the famous Rotonde in 15-20 minutes. This accommodation of approximately can accommodate up to 6 people.
You access the property through a metal gate with intercom system. There is garage at the entrance of the property.
The villa has an enchanting terrace but also a spacious veranda that can be used as a reception room with a large dining table.
On the garden level you enter the villa via an entrance hall.
The double living room opens onto both the veranda and the garden. It is furnished with sofas and armchairs. There is a fireplace.
It is equipped a TV with DVD and there is a DSL internet access.
The open eat-in-kitchen is fully equipped. It has a stove and five gas burners, a microwave, a large refrigerator / freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher.
At the back of the kitchen is a laundry space with washing machine and a convenient direct access to the garden.
There is a large dining table. Outside, in the veranda, is another dining table, ideal for alfresco dinner.
There is a guest shower room and toilet on this floor.
From the entrance room, an elegant staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms.
There are three bedrooms: The master bedroom is very spacious, and has an large bay window offering amazing views onto the garden but also the city and the country-side.
There is a walk-in closet.
The other two bedrooms have a double bed and a window opening onto the garden
2 bathrooms are available. One with a washbasin, a tub and toilet, one with a washbasin and a shower.
Outside :
In front of the villa is a lovely terrace shaded with plane trees and garden furniture.
You will enjoy the delightful exotic garden with swimming pool.
The property is located in a very residential area in the eastern part of the town. All commodities are nearby: from groceries to bakeries, you are also about 15 minutes walk from the historic centre of Aix en Provence.
Aix en Provence has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. Aix also has the most important courthouse in the region.
The apartment is only 10 minutes drive from the main road connections: the A51 (Gap-Marseilles Highway) or the A8 (Aix-Nice Highway). The Marseille-Provence International Airport and the TGV Mediterranean train station (Aix-Les-Miles station) are only 30 minutes drive away.
