This studio apartment is located in a peaceful street close to boulevard Carnot, 5mn drive from La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the beach.
It can accommodate 2 people for weekly rental .
The studio is furnished with a double convertible sofa-bed with 2 coffee table, there is also a TV.
2 window open onto the small street.
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 vitro-ceramic hotplates, microwave oven, refrigerator (+ electric kettle and toaster).
There is a washing machine.
The bathroom has a washbasin, a stall shower and toilet.
Outside : You will enjoy the following equipment in the building (shared with other apartments from the private residence) swimming pool, gym, squash and sauna.
Neighborhood :
Parking space is available in the street.
The apartment is wonderfully located: Quiet neighborhood, 5 mn from the center.
The beach is at walking distance (15mn walk - 5 mn drive).
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
Access :
The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
