Peaceful studio apartment in Beaulieu sur Mer near Nice and Monaco

Located on the main street of Beaulieu, this apartment is located on the 3th floor of a building facing a quiet garden. The building is equipped with a security system. East exposure, this comfortable 40m2 apartment can accommodate 2/3 people. The entry hall leads on the left to the living room and straight to the kitchen. The living room (and bedroom) has a double convertible sofa bed, two armchairs, a phone, a coffee table, a largel closet and a TV (with satellite), a DVD, and a hi-fi stereo. There is one large window giving access to a small terrace overlooking a garden. This studio sleeps 2-3 people. There is an extra folding bed for one person. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary utensils. It has a sink, electric and gas burners and an oven, an extractor, a refrigerator/freezer, a small dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker (expresso). The is a dining table and a window, giving access the small terrace facing east. The bathroom has a washbasin and a shower. It is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Toilet is separated. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Fully equipped this apartment also has Air conditioner, A water filter system, a safe, electric shutters. Neighborhood: Beaulieu Sur Mer is a small town located on the Riviera The apartment is in the west area of Nice at a few minutes from Nice International airport and "The Promenade des anglais", between Monaco (East) and Nice (West). Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco, Cannes and the Italian border, Beaulieu is ideally located. In about an hour drive from this area you will have access to some skiing resorts or in less than an hour, go shopping to San Remo- Italy. Beaulieu is attractive all year long. Access : 40 km from Cannes and 15 from Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Beaulieu by road or by train (TGV from Nice). You can also fly to Nice international airport.
