I have enjoyed my stay at this address. They are currently working on refurbishing the main door and entrance foyer area of the building, which will improve first impressions of the building and apartment choice made under NY habitat. After settling in, I have enjoyed staying here and it has become my home away from home. It has been a wonderful experience and the location has excellent -- close to buses and a tube station. The managers have always been available and helpful. I would recommend this flat to anyone applying in the future. |

We strongly disagree that the apartment is in dire need of renovation. |
