A fabulous one bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of a period house in the heart of Primrose Hill village. Of special note are the well proportioned rooms throughout the apartment and the presence of a south-facing outside private terrace, which can be accessed from both the kitchen and the bedroom.

This one bedroom is beautifully decorated and entails exposed original wooden floors through out the apartment, and a fully equipped bespoke fitted kitchen with high-end appliances. The large windows allow for natural sunlight to flood each room, and the private terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen and bedroom, is a perfect location for relaxing!

This apartment is situated on a residential road, with close access via the nearby tube station connecting you to the center of town. With delightful cafes and restaurants nearby, this location has plenty to offer within the immediate 3-4 block radius. If you enjoy frequenting parks, there are two lovely parks within walking distance. Primrose Hill Park is only 0.3 miles (0.5 km) away where you can enjoy incredible breath taking views of London, and Regent’s Park, the location for various festivals and events, is just 0.6 miles (1 km) south from this apartment where you can visit the Rose Garden and relax. Whether you enjoy leisure or sporting activities such as boating, these two parks are within a short reasonable distance from this apartment. If you love dining out, the famous restaurant, Negozio Classica, is just around the corner from this apartment on Regent’s Park Road, where you can enjoy Italian cuisine, or you can head over to Lemonia, also on Regents park Road, for some authentic Greek food. There are other great eateries in the area such as Michael Nadra or La Collina, but if you prefer to cook your own food, you can pick up groceries at the local Sainsbury’s 0.3 miles (0.5 km) east on Chalk Farm Road. The famous Camden Market is a great place to explore and find treasures and ethnic food, and luckily for you it is less than one mile away! If you enjoy the theatre, head over to the Roundhouse Theatre on chalk Farm Road 0.3 miles away, or the Hampstead Theatre about 0.8 miles (1.3 km) east from this furnished one bedroom! The extended St John's Wood - Regent's Park area is a great place for a home base in London!

This apartment is located 0.3 miles (0.5 km) away from the Chalk Farm tube station where you can access the northern line. The northern line give you access to other spots within London, making city transit simpler!

As above, the location, etc of the apartment is great. The landlady is also wonderful and very responsive. This apartment is great for an active couple with plenty of shopping, restaurants and services in a stone's throw.

Downtown London is a nice stroll through Regent's Park (about an hour or so). Not so great....some may find the apartment small, but keep in mind where you are! The owner is also making a number of upgrades, so what is already very nice will be even more welcoming.

I would not recommend this apartment for more than a couple, or for small children, or for people who want to entertain. Everybody else will have a blast.

I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your month here visiting your family. I would just like to point out that the walk into town through Regents Park should really only take 30 minutes; I frequently walk into central London myself from Primrose Hill.

I think our apartment would be perfect for a couple although we do have a couple who have stayed with a child; in fact, they are planning to return in the Spring. They particularly enjoyed dining outside on our south-facing terrace, during their last stay.

The apartment itself is 630 sq feet in size, which in London is a pretty good size, but it is all relative I guess and varies from city to city around the world.

I hope that you will consider staying with us again at some time in the future, as you have been wonderful guests.
