These one bedroom units measure approximately 377-square-foot (35-square-meter) and are in a building located near Ashburn Place and Cromwell Road in the South Kensington borough of London. This apartment is in the heart of residential Kensington and is neighbors to the boroughs of Knightsbridge and Kensington Gardens. The bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer, as well as fine china and glassware to give your own meals a nice touch. A widescreen TV fueled by satellite channels and a DVD player adorn the living area, giving you entertainment options for relaxed moments in your home-away-from-home apartment.
In South Kensington, residences meet dining and entertainment in close proximity, with international choices such as Thai and Italian close by steakhouses and various pubs to give your taste buds plenty of different choices. Cultural tastes can be sated here as well, as the Natural History Museum is only four streets east and the Victoria and Albert Museum is one street further east. The famous Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park is only three streets further north from the Museums. Earl’s Court neighbors your apartment’s area just to the west, with the Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre a little over a km to the west (approx .7 miles). The Gloucester Arcade (shopping center) is practically right next door with various dining and shopping retail outlets to choose from.
When you’re ready to strike out to explore more of London, the Gloucester Road subway stop is right around the corner, one street away. The Earl’s Court subway stop is a bit further, at 800 meters southwest (about 1/2 a mile). There are bus stops on Cromwell Road as well as taxis to take you where you want to go above ground if you wish. Nothing in London should be too far from your travels here in central London.
