Welcome to this New York three-bedroom, one-bathroom furnished apartment in Manhattan’s East Village.
Situated on the first floor (equivalent to the ground floor in Europe) of a 6-story building, this furnished rental has a space of 450 square-feet (around 40 m2). The apartment is located near the crossing of 13th Street and 1st Avenue and it includes a washing machine, a dryer, a security system, and hardwood flooring.

To catch the L subway line, the 1st Avenue and 14th Street station is just two blocks from the apartment.

The apartment was well located however, it was very loud as it was a very busy street and there were people walking and talking all the time even at night. Additionally, it was not very comfortable in terms of temperature. There was not heat and in December we were cold. The bathroom sink was also very small and during summer we had cockroaches :/ Everything else was all right. |

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good heating, all linen and towels were provided, plenty of storage space, well equipped kitchen. Great location with lots of fabulous bars and places to eat nearby. Close to grocery stores, a short walk to Union Square. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The landlord was very easy to deal with. No issues at all, a pleasure! |
