Location: Upper East Side, on 80th street between 1st and York Ave. 10 minute walk to the 6 train at 77st street and Lexington or 4, 5 trains at 86th and Lex
Building: Post war building with full time doorman, laundry facilities and elevator.
Interior: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. This lovely furnished alcove studio. The apartment is very bright, clean and quiet. It has hard wood floors.

The living room has a 2 large sofas one that open ups to a queen size bed, a large cabinet with a TV/VCR and plenty of storage and a large dresser. Cable can be installed on the tenant's name. There is also a seperate alcove that has a dining table with 4 chairs
The kitchen is small but modern with a dishwasher, a microwave, dishware and plenty of pots and pans and dishes. The countertop is marble.
The main bathroom has a shower/tub and is clean and new.
Electricity telephone line and cable should be installed in tenant's name.
This building is located on a quite block of the upper east side. The location is convinent to upper east side shopping and a short train ride to offices in midtown and downtown. The opportunities for relaxation are numerous, ranging from eating in any of the many cafes and restaurants, to more enjoying a walk in Central Park to the many art gallerys on the upper east side.
