Location: Midtown East, on 51st street between 1st and 2nd Ave. Close to the 6 train at 51st street and Lexington.
Building: Pre war building with full time doorman, laundry facilities and elevator.
Interior: The apartment is located on the 10th floor. This lovely fully furnished studio with one bathroom. The apartment is very bright, clean and quiet. It has hard wood floors.

The living room has a large sofa that open ups to a queen size bed, a coffee table, a large cabinet with a TV and VCR. Cable can be installed on the tenant's name. There is a dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is small but well equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave.
The bathroom has a shower/tub and is very clean.
