Location: Midtown East, on 51st street between 1st and 2nd Ave. Close to the 6 train at 51st street and Lexington.
Building: Prewar building with full time doorman, laundry facilities and elevator.
Interior: The apartment is located on the 10th floor. It is lovely, with one bedroom, 1 bathroom. There are 3 exposures in the apartment: North / West / South.
The apartment is very bright, clean and quiet. It has hard wood floors.
When you enter there is the living room on your right. The living room has a large sofa that open up to a double size bed, a coffee table, a large cabinet with a TV and VCR. Cable can be installed on the tenant's name. There is a dining table with four chairs.
The kitchen is small but well equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, dishware and plenty of pots and pans.
On the opposite side of the living-room you will find the bedroom. It has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space.
The bathroom has a shower/tub and is very clean. There is a small window.
Electricity and cable should be installed in tenant's name.
