New York Apartment - 1 Bedroom Rental in Midtown West (NY-12046)

The appartment is very well equipped, clean, spaceous - I stayed there for 2 months and it was the best place to stay that I can imagine. Good location, very central for subway lines, exploring the city or seeing a show (of course, it's Times Square, so there are some sounds but not disturbing), friendly doormen and friendly landlord. There is a wel equipped gym, which I found very convenient.
If I have to mention something, the washing machine was new but very loud when using programs with spinning anything higher than "low" (I was afraid the machine would dance out of the closet). In order not to disturb the neighbours and to avoid breaking the machine, I was therefore limited in the programs that could be used - the landlord was aware of it and would look into it. Other than that, no comments and a wonderful place.

This apartment, especially for the price given its quality, location and amenities, is a little gem. It quickly becomes a little home from home. I particularly appreciated the spacious kitchen with large fridge and gas oven/hob; the washing machine; the fast internet. The landlord is also a perfect gentleman, very helpful and friendly. Just be aware that this is Times Square and you should therefore expect some noise (although window sound proofing is good) and bright lights at night (there are curtains, and f course). You will be hard pressed to find something better for the price. Oh, and I should add, great subway connections.

Proximity to centre of Manhattan excellent. Facilities also excellent.

This aprtment was very close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square, which was both a positive nad negative. Positive because it was so close to all the lights of Times Square but it was noisy and the lights from the outside billboards could annoy some people. The owner was friendly, extremely helpful and informative.

I have stayed at this apartment previously and I was again very happy with the apartment itself - the apartment is well equipped and the location is excellent and close to the theatre district with some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was close to all major attractions, the subway. Having a washing machine in the apartment was very convenient and the owner was helpful

This apartment was fantastic, centrally located at Times Square, it was a short walk to most attractions. Even though it was located so close to Times Square, the noise was not bad at all. The layout and fittings in the apartment are first class. We really felt at home, with a great kitchen and plenty of plates,cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment. We will definitely recommend this apartment, and stay there again on our next trip.

The apartment was fully equipped with linens/household appliances etc. It was very clean and felt like a home away from home. We chose this apartment because of its location and we were not disappointed.

The owner met us as arranged and returned promptly when we had a slight problem with a tap. We organized a time for him to inspect the unit on the last day and he arrived at the time nominated and returned our bond.

What an incredible experience for my wife and daughter to spend 2 months in the heart of Midtown NYC. The owner is so very nice and cares that people like his apartment and enjoy their time there. The location is absolutely in the center of everything, close to subways and all Broadway theaters. Furnishings are top notch and the views of Times Square are fantastic. The building still feels new and the club level one floor down and rooftop deck were such a plus. Doormen were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this unit for anyone who wants to experience the energy of New York.

Beautiful new condo in a terrific location. Very well furnished. Owner is very friendly.

We met the owner on our arrival at midnight Ramon he was very accomodating helpful and could not be more pleasant, it was a pleasure dealing with him, the unit was in perfect location for us and very clean

The only negative comment I have the bed was soft I had to sleep on the couch, but it was not a big deal.

If you want to have the time of your life in NYC, this is a great place to do it. It is the heart of midtown Manhattan with all the amazing experiences that come with it. So easy to get to Broadway shows, subways, lots of attractions.

The building staff are helpful and very welcoming.

Great view of Times sq from roof. Laundry inside unit was great for a longer stay. Both kitchen and bath were updated and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable.

Owner is friendly and organized.
