Refrigerator was below standard and stove was very difficult to operate. Wonderfully quiet. |

We loved the building and all of the people associated with the building, the front desk/doormen, the handymen and the women in the laundry area. Our unit was very quiet and we felt very safe. It was modestly decorated, but had everything we needed. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and was very accessible. We had a problem with the internet/cable and also with the microwave. He handled both with extreme efficiency and both were fixed in the same day that we called him. He was great owner. The only negative thing that I can say is that the apartment was very dark because it had no outdoor light that could shine in because we were on a lower floor and surrounded by buildings. |

Lynne, I am glad you like the accommodation. The apartment is an inside apartment and does lack some natural lighting but as a counterbalance, the apartment is more spacious than most in the building and has room for storage. The lightening may take some getting used to but if you turn on the kitchen light, it provides adequate for the rest of the apartment. Thank you staying at apartment. You were a good tenant. Thanks, Justin. |
