This two bedroom apartment is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Harlem in Upper Manhattan at Lenox Avenue & 123rd Street on the 4th floor (European 3rd floor) of a walk-up brownstone, constructed in 1895. This fully furnished NYC apartment features a security system and offers eastern street exposure and western exposure onto the yard.
This apartment is furnished in an eclectic style, with hardwood floors throughout. The living room is furnished with a sofa, fireplace, coffee table and a TV with cable, with an exposed brick accent wall. Cooking at home is easy in the open kitchen, with an oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and a dishwasher. A large wooden dining table can seat two or fold out to accommodate guests, and a dining counter can seat four by the kitchen.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, storage space and a minimalist décor leaving space for you to make the room your own! The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet and a sink with a vanity. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Harlem, Manhattan is one of the fasted growing uptown neighborhoods in the city, popular for its many different cultures and easy accessibility from anywhere. There are multiple restaurants, parks and modern conveniences in the area:
- Lido (0.6 miles/965 meters) is a sleek restaurant that specializes in Italian cuisine.
- Morningside Park (0.9 miles/ 1.4 kilometers) is a large elevated park that offers amazing views of the city below. There are multiple green spaces and sports fields to enjoy.
- Falcon Deli & Grocery (0.5 miles/804 meters) is a local deli that has everyday food items.
There is public subway transportation at 125 Street/ Lenox Avenue (0.1 miles/ 160meters), which has access to the 2/3 trains.

We were quite satisfied by the apartment we rented through New York Habitat. There were a few small things at first, but they were handled with the owner of the apartment. Biggest flaw really was that the WLAN connection didn't work at the apartment, but that didn't really bother us that much. |
