The interior photos are from a model apartment in the building. The model apartment is representative of both the quality and style of apartments offered at this location. Description, floor plan and photos are for reference purposes only. Actual apartment's dimensions, layouts and furniture may vary.
The 2-bedroom apartment is located in a 27-story (equivalent to the Europeans 26-story) high-rise building with 24-hour doorman and elevator in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Midtown East, Manhattan. The building offers many amenities such as a fulltime concierge, fitness center and a rooftop terrace with lounge seating and spectacular views of New York City and the East River. The air-conditioned apartment itself has laundry facilities and there is internet access available. Because this is a model rental the exposure of the apartment may vary, but some units in the building offer balconies with panoramic views.
The living room of the serviced apartment has parquet flooring and features floor-to-ceiling windows. The room includes a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and dining table that seats four. The separate kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully equipped with an oven & stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker and toaster. The master bedroom of the apartment (bedroom 1) contains a double bed with two nightstands, a flat-screen TV with cable and a closet. The second bedroom (bedroom 2) also has a double bed. The bathroom in the apartment has a real marble bath, a shower, WC, washbasin and comes with complementary bath products. Linen and towels are provided upon arrival.
You can find the apartment at East 39th Street and 2nd Avenue in the center of Murray Hill, which is bordered to the south by Gramercy. The Midtown East area boasts many landmarks. For example, the apartment is just four blocks away from the United Nations Headquarters as well as the East River Esplanade which offers panoramic views of Queens across the river. To the west you will find the New York Public Library and Bryant Park about 6 blocks away from the apartment. The iconic Chrysler Building is just 5 blocks away, and is right next to Grand Central Station. The Grand Central Concourse offers great restaurants such as the Oyster Bar. A little closer to home you can try out El Pote Espanol Restaurant or Tony’s Sushi & Grill, which are both on the same block as the apartment. Along 2nd Avenue you will find many more restaurants as well as shops and bars. To visit other neighborhoods in New York, you can walk to Grand Central to take the subway: the station gives access to the 4, 5, 6, 7 and S lines.
