This 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex apartment is located on the ground and 1st floors of a 3 story walk up brownstone building with intercom security system. This furnished duplex apartment with exclusive garden access is located near West 132nd Street & 7th Avenue in Harlem, New York. Up the spiral staircase from the lower level of the duplex you will find the 2nd bedroom which has a bunk bed with a single size bed on the bottom bunk and a double size bed on the upper bunk which has step ladder access. The dark wood bed frame contrasts nicely with the white on white of the room’s walls and area rug. This bedroom also has a TV and air conditioning in the summer months. Two windows overlook the street and allow in natural light. Your belongings can be stored in the dresser and closet space.
On this level of the apartment you will also find bathroom #2 also tiled in white with a contrasting dark tiled floor. This bathroom has a shower, sink with storage cabinet underneath, vanity with mirrored medicine cabinet and a toilet.
This two bedroom apartment also has the convenience of a laundry washer/dryer in the apartment.
