Perfect for your next visit to New York, this gorgeous two bedroom apartment at Mulberry Street and Grand Street in Manhattan’s vaunted Little Italy is expertly furnished and centrally located! The advantages start as soon as you enter your building (a 6-story low-rise), where you’ll find an elevator for your convenience and laundry services in the basement, ensuring that you won’t lose a minute of your stay to the Laundromat. You will also have access to the terrace, a great place to relax and watch the sunset at the end of a long day at the office or sightseeing. The living room is also a great place to unwind and features a couch and flat screen television.
You will love the open layout of your apartment which lets in natural light and emphasizes the hardwood floors. Both bedrooms include queen sized beds, and your unit also includes two bathrooms. If you like to cook, a full kitchen is provided complete with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Of course, if you’d rather order delivery you’ll also find an impressive list of options in the neighborhood. Not only is some of NYC’s best Italian food right outside your door, but you are also a short distance away from the many restaurants in Chinatown.
Little Italy (or Soho, as some call it) is known for its amazing shops, including some of the New York City’s most famous boutiques. The advantages don’t stop there however, as the area is notable for proximity to several of the city’s most charming parks. Sara Delano Roosevelt Park is a short walk from your two bedroom and is a great place to spend the afternoon with a magazine and a cup of coffee. Popular with neighborhood children for its playgrounds and soccer field, the park also includes a lovely garden, maintained by local volunteers.
When you need to get around the city quickly for business or sightseeing, you will be pleased with the variety of transit options in the vicinity of your apartment. The J and Z trains stop at Bowery and Delancey Street and the B and D trains stop at Grand Street and Chrystie Street, and both are a within short walking distance from your apartment. One of Lower Manhattan’s transit hubs, the Canal Street and Broadway 4, 5, 6, N, Q, J, Z stop, is a little farther away but provides extensive connections to points located throughout the city.
Please note that the apartment is located in a lovely area and some noise can be heard at times.
