This casually decorated rental offers functional modern living with minimum of fuss. It has hardwood floors and white-painted walls, while a small window allows daylight to enter the living room. A double-sized futon and an armchair offer seating space, inviting occupants to spend evenings curled up in front of the flat-screen cable television. A small dining table with four chairs is placed near the window.
The narrow bedroom offers one window and air-conditioning, providing light and fresh air. A bedside table supports a lamp and is placed at the head of the double-size bed.
