I had a lot of issues with the water temperature in the shower- while I was showering the water would suddenly become very hot (almost scalding) or very cold. I told the landlord and they sent someone to make repairs, but the issue wasn't resolved after that. I also had an issue where food would come up out of the drain of the tub (ex. rice, pasta).
