You can’t beat the convenience of this two bedroom fully furnished apartment, located at Hanover Square and Pearl Street in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District in a luxury high-rise elevator building complete with a doorman and a gym!
Please note that this apartment can be rented as either a two bedroom private sublet of the entire unit or as a roommate share situation, where bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are rented separately and the common areas are shared.
Kick back on the sofa in the living room and watch your shows on the flat-screen TV, equipped with cable. The open kitchen, separated from the main room by a bar, has all necessary appliances, including an oven, fridge, freezer, gas stove and even a dishwasher already here. Enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining table, which has space for four.
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds (160cm) and Bedroom 1 benefits from a TV as well as a closet for storage. Addition sleeping space (with limited privacy) is available in a room located off the living room, furnished with another television (please note that this room is not for rent in the roommate share situation). There’s more storage space in the hall closet next to the washer and dryer!
The Financial district has plenty to offer all tastes! On nice days, head to Battery Park (.3mi/500m) to catch some sun or hop on the Staten Island Ferry (.4mi/650m) for unparalleled views of the New York skyline. Eat at some of NYC’s most famous restaurants like Les Halles (French, formerly ran by Anthony Bourdain; .5mi/800m) and historic Fraunces Tavern (old-style American, also a colonial history museum; .1mi/230m).
The rest of New York City is easily accessible from this central location by using the Subway. The nearest stations to you are:
