Nice little apartment in a great area, however you should be aware that there is a live music bar right underneath so it gets really loud in the evenings. Amenities were in good shape, cleaniness ok. |

The best thing about this sweet apartment was its 3rd floor view looking out huge windows past the branches of a tree over 9th Avenue all the way to the twinkling lights of Broadway one avenue east. Sun floods in in the mornings, which makes any small space beautiful. If you love Broadway, you will love the 5 block walk to the TKTS booth. |
