This one bedroom fully furnished apartment is located in Brooklyn Heights at Pineapple Street and Henry Street on the 3rd floor (European 2nd floor) of a 5-story walkup building. This recently renovated apartment features a security system and northwestern exposure of the street.
The living room features a queen sized sofa bed, coffee table, TV, with an ornate burgundy area rug decorating the floor. In the kitchen, there are all the modern conveniences needed to cook at home! You'll find new stainless steel appliances, such as a full sized fridge, oven, microwave and a dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub and has a Brondell Swash bidet toilet seat for ultimate bathroom comfort! The bedroom features a queen sized bed, built-in nightstands and closet space. This apartment also has the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit.
Brooklyn Heights is the closest Brooklyn neighborhood to downtown Manhattan. It is known for its beautiful brownstones, parks and modern conveniences.
- Brooklyn Heights Promenade (0.4 miles/ 643 meters) is an elevated park with spectacular unobstructed views of downtown Manhattan.

I enjoyed my stay! I live in the neighborhood and was remodeling my own apartment. I knew this was the right location so I could stay on top of my contractors, deliveries, etc. But the location is really an ideal Brooklyn spot, I'd recommend it to anyone. Close to trains, grocery shopping, great restaurants, the fantastic Promenade. The unit was well furnished, I was very comfortable living/working/relaxing at the apartment. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, the utilities worked perfectly. |
