Welcome to the Upper West Side, Manhattan! You will find a charming two bedroom apartment at the cross of West 97th Street and Columbus Avenue, on the 12th floor (equivalent to the European 11th floor) of a High-Rise building equipped with an elevator, a full-time doorman, on-site swimming pool, a children's playroom a gym and a shared terrace.
The living room is decorated with modern furniture and you will find a sofa and a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. There is an island to help you cook. Bedroom 1 has a double sized bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. Bedroom 2 has a double sized bed. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view on Manhattan. The bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. You will find a washer and dryer for your convenience. The building offers many amenities for your leisure such as a gym, a swimming pool and many others.
Jog, take a walk, or play a game of baseball in beloved Central Park, located a block from the apartment. The American Museum of Natural History is a mile away (around 1.5 km), and so is Columbia University, found in the opposite direction. The Lincoln Center and the Juilliard School of performing arts are located 1.8 miles (around 3 km) from the apartment. Grocery stores can be found within a half-mile radius (around 800 meters) of the apartment. And there are restaurants to try on Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway, mostly also within a half-mile.
To travel all around New York City, hop on A, B, C or 1, 2, 3 at 103rd Street or 96th Street. You are bound to have a great time visiting the Big Apple!

bed linen were quite old and yellowish, bought new ones. The bathroom needs a proper cleaning, including the walls and the ceiling. Check-in was not smooth at all, had to wait 3h until the apartment was ready. |
