Live in historical Harlem at this 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment located on the 3rd floor (2nd floor European) of a low-rise, 5 floor walk-up building with a security system near West 138th Street & Frederick Douglass Boulevard.
Make this furnished New York 2-bedroom apartment your home away from home. There is wood flooring throughout. The living room has a decorative fireplace as its focal point and offers air conditioning and a futon sofa that converts to a single bed for guests. Off of the living room you will find the open kitchen styled with white cabinetry for storing away groceries and equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals at home including a handy dishwasher. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed along with a wooden dresser and night table for storage of your belongings as well as closets. The room is cooled with air conditioning through a wall unit. The second bedroom is smaller and comes unfurnished. The bathroom is designed in white and gray with a combination tub/shower with glass doors, a toilet, a sink with storage beneath, and a mirrored vanity.
Harlem is known for its historic brownstone-lined streets, ethnic soul food, and famous jazz clubs and speakeasies. Dive into the local food scene and enjoy Caribbean and African cuisine no more than four blocks from the apartment. After trying the eclectic local cuisines, head west to St. Nicholas Park where you can play a game of basketball or just bask in the sun outdoors and appreciate some rare green space in New York City.
Multiple subway lines serve the area with the closest stations being 135 Street / Lenox Avenue: 2/3 lines. And 135 Street / Saint Nicholas Avenue: B/C lines. Both stations are five blocks or nearer.

The location is fantastic and this apartment is what you make of it. The furniture provided was substandard and inadequate but if you put it all in the closet and use your own furnishings like i did this place can be awesome. |
