This classic brownstone has a two-bedroom furnished apartment with an extra sleeping alcove located in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Near Lexington Avenue & Stuyvesant Avenue, this street was the site of the filming of Spike Lee's famous movie Do the Right Thing. Get to know this beautiful and classic neighborhood by strolling along tree lined streets and admiring historic brownstone buildings. The apartment is on the basement and first floor (same as the ground floor in Europe) of three and offers laundry facilities and a backyard garden.
Downstairs in the basement is another living area (living room 2) with a sleeper sofa placed across from a TV and entertainment center. Also featured is an extra sleeping space (living room 3) with two single-sized beds, French doors, and closet storage space. Another half bathroom is in the basement as well.
In Bedford-Stuyvesant, discover the Brooklyn way of life. In the mix of residential streets, find your local Bodega like the Greene Market (0.1mi/180m) for breakfast sandwiches or other NYC favorites. Natural Blend Coffee and Juice Bar (0.5mi/800m) offers smoothies or espresso for your morning or chill at the Wilky (0.4 mi/700m), a neighborhood craft beer and draft house.
Take the J train at Kosciuszko Street / Broadway station (0.4mi/700m) or the express A train at Utica Avenue / Fulton Street (0.8 mi/1300m) into Manhattan or to another station for transfer options.

Review by: A Renter, Oct 23 2025 From: United States, Apartment Rental: 4 months |
I stayed here over the summer (May-August) and had a great experience. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped, everything I needed was provided. Can't speak to the heating, but the place had amazing AC, which was especially appreciated during the heat wave. The host was super responsive and regularly checked in with us. The neighborhood is mostly quiet but close to cafés, stores, and subway stations, which made getting around easy. The only small downside is that the rooms toward the back don't get as much natural light, but overall it's a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend. |
