From: United States,
Apartment Rental: 3 months

The apartment was recently renovated and the pictures don't do it justice. It was very clean, had plenty of sheets/towels/etc. There is a lot of closet space and storage. Everything in the kitchen is brand new, and it has everything you need to cook a complete meal. The owner is very nice and the building has a superintendent, so someone is always around if you need help. I stayed here during the pandemic and the owner even brought by toilet paper while it was impossible to find elsewhere and sold out across the city!

There is also a great bar on the corner, a quick healthy breakfast/lunch/dinner spot across the street, and many other good restaurants just a 2 blocks away.

Alex was an excellent guest. I had the pleasure of hosting him and his wife during the height of the COVID pandemic. They stayed in my short-stay apartment while waiting to complete renovations on their own apartment.

Alex and his wife were kind, communicative, and respectful of my one-bedroom apartment. I often have guests that treat the apartment with disregard, similar to a mere hotel stay. That was not the case with this couple; they stayed for 2.5 months (March to May 2020) and regarded the unit with the same attentiveness I believe they would give their own home. Cleaning upon their departure was simple and left me with the impression that they both respected and appreciated the hospitality I try to extend to every guest.

I am grateful for having the opportunity to host them. I regard them as one of my most preferred guests.

Dear Alex,
We are glad to read that your stay was very positive.
Our pictures have been taken right after the renovation of this unit.
However, you are right we could have staged the apartment with better shots.
Here are below two videos. A longer video will be also added to the website in the hopes to do the apartment justice. Thank you for your comment.
We have also two videos showing this apartment:
