Located on the corner of Pearl Street and Coenties Slip in the Financial District, otherwise known as FiDi, this contemporary decorated apartment is available! Located in the first ever neighborhood of Manhattan, you are surrounded by local and rich history! Steps from the water, this apartment is surrounded by the best restaurants and has a quieter lowkey vibe.
The apartment is on the third floor, or the European second floor, of a six story building built in 1831. That is right! You will be literally living in history! To be noted, there is laundry in the building, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. When you get off the elevator, you will enter your apartment and immediately notice the earthy tones of the décor, the big windows, and spacious living room. The living room comes with a sofa, dining table, an AC unit, and a TV with cable. Along the space there is sections of accent exposed brick walls. From there you will see the separate eat in kitchen, equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and an oven! From there you will enter the beautiful first bedroom, with an accent olive green wall, and 3 big windows, giving light to the space. There is a fully furnished king sized bed, with sheets, and natural feeling décor. The second bedroom has a fully furnished room with a queen sized bed, sheets, and a window. Finally both bathrooms have a shower- tub, towels for your use, and a water closet.
Like mentioned previously, this location in the Financial District is the first area in Manhattan. The street you will be living on was one of the first streets in Manhattan! Steps from your apartment is Fraunces Tavern a restaurant dating back to 1761, now also a museum! This area is filled with historical sites like this, and is perfect for someone that would love to be immersed in this kind of area! Besides the rich history, there is a variety of popular bars and restaurants along Pearl Street! Try the Cauldron, Mad Dog, Tacombi, Cava, Harry’s Steak House, and India House! Don’t forget to try Leo’s Bagels! Near Fulton center, take any desired subway.
