Imagine walking into your very own duplex in a townhouse in Brooklyn. This four bedroom apartment is located on Woodruff Ave and Flatbush Ave, a block away from Prospect Park. This apartment comes with a garden and a fireplace.
Referred to as the Upper West Side of Brooklyn, the residents of Prospect Lefferts Gardens refer to their neighborhood as “Brooklyn’s best Kept Secret.” Without a doubt, Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood is home to an assortment of the best kept 19th and 20th century townhomes and streets filled with endless greenery for all eyes can see. This four-bedroom duplex found on the first and second floor of the home (ground zero and one in European) is ideal for a large family or for a group of friends. This duplex also comes with a washer and dryer unit, and is covered in hardwood floors, with the exception of the kitchen, covered in tiles.
Around the corner of your duplex apartment, just a four-minute walk (800 feet / 244 meters in European), you find yourself in Prospect Park. Situated in the middle of five neighborhoods, Prospect Park is like the Central Park for Brooklyn. You have the chance to Visit the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanical Garden, that are on the northern tip of Prospect Park. If on the other hand you want to explore the more populous side of Brooklyn, just around the corner as well you have access to the Q train. From there, you can choose to head north, heading into DUMBO, Brooklyn’s most famous neighborhood, where you have endless views of the Manhattan skyline and the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg Bridges. Walk along the Brooklyn promenade with a coffee in hand and just take it all in. In the summer, hop on the Q train heading south, and find yourself in Coney Island. New York’s popular summer attraction, Coney Island offers not only an endless view of the Atlantic Ocean, but a boardwalk and amusement park.
