This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is furnished. It sits on the 30th floor (equivalent to the 29th floor in Europe) of a high-rise doorman building. It is a 675-square-foot unit (around 63 m2). On West 48th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues, this Manhattan building includes a laundry room, gym, pool, and rooftop garden.
This furnished New York rental has a balcony. When you walk into the unit you are immediately greeted by natural light and a large-window view of Midtown West. There is also bar seating along with a dining table that shares city views with the openness of the living room. The living room includes a sofa, side chair, and a big TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances like a fridge and freezer, an oven, microwave, coffee maker, cabinet space, and finally a dishwasher to clean everything up.
Walking into the bedroom, again you are greeted with natural light and a view of the city. There is a queen-sized bed. The bedroom is furnished with a nightstand and a lamp. The bathroom has a tub/shower, mirror vanity, and a sink with cabinet space underneath. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. All of the apartment but the bathroom has hardwood flooring, and many of the walls have a patterned motif.
Outside of the apartment there is plenty to do! Times Square (four blocks from the apartment) is the heart of New York City, a major tourist attraction and commercial hub, and the center of the Broadway Theatre District. The Rockefeller Center and much of the famous Fifth Avenue shopping it represents are 0.7 miles (around 1 km) from the apartment. Central Park (0.7 miles, or around 1 km away) is another major attraction in the city. It is the fifth largest park in the city, and is regarded as a masterpiece of landscape architecture. Inside Central Park is the Central Park Zoo (1.2 miles, or around 2 km away), which holds around 1,480 animals and 160 species and an aquarium. You can also visit the Sky Escape, an interactive spy museum (0.4 miles or around 650 meters from the apartment) where you can test your own spy skills through challenges. The famous Empire State Building (1 mile or around 1.5 km away) is also a place you can visit. This building is known for being one of the tallest skyscrapers in Manhattan with observation decks with a view of the city skyline.
Hop on a subway at 49th Street and 7th Avenue (0.1 miles or around 160 meters) with lines N, R, and W. Or head to 50th Street and Broadway (also 0.1mi or around 160 meters) where you can access the 1 train. At 50th Street and 8th Avenue (once again, 0.1 miles away), you can catch the A, C, and E trains.
