The building includes a laundry room, gym, pool, rooftop- garden, and a private balcony. This 675 sq ft unit (63 sqm) has full security and is family friendly. When you walk into the unit you are immediately graced by light and windows with quite a view. The floor to ceiling sliding door keeps ventilation and brightness in check with the rest of the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook from home, from a full-sized fridge and freezer to an oven and microwave, coffee maker and finally a dishwasher to clean everything up. There is bar seating along with a dining table that shares great city views with the openness of the living room. The living room has a long sofa, side chair and a big TV with cable for entertainment purposes. Walking into the bedroom, again you are greeted with light from the windows and a queen- size bed. The bedroom is modernly furnished with a nightstand, sheets, towels and a lamp. The bathroom has a tub-shower and curtains, mirror vanity, and sink with space underneath it for storage. The apartment building has an A/C unit in the bedroom and living room.
Outside of the apartment there's plenty to do! Between tourist destinations and local stops, there are many places to visit in Midtown West. Just a few blocks over is Times Square (.1mi/ 160m), a major commercial intersection, tourist destination, entertainment center, and neighborhood in the Midtown Manhattan section of New York City, at the junction of Broadway and Seventh Avenue.
