New York is New York because everything is convenient. New Yorkers love convenience, and it can be anything. Convenient food shopping or clothe shopping, a convenience store at the corner of their block, calling a cab the minute they step out their door or a block away subway station, everything about New York is convenient. Even this apartment is convenient. Located on the corner of East 31st Street and Madison Ave, this one-bedroom apartment has everything you need right at your convenience. Out of the 13 floors, this apartment is located on the 5th floor (4th floor in European). When walking into this apartment, you are greeted with a touch of minimalism. The living room, fully furnished in a contemporary look comes with a sofa, dining table, and TV with cable. In the kitchen, you have a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and an oven with a four-burner stove. In the bedroom, the minimalism continues, with a full-size bed, with sheets, windows, and an A/C unit. In the bathroom, you find a tub-shower, towels, water closet, and a sink with cabinetry space for toiletries. Every room, with the exception of the kitchen, is covered in hardwood floors. The apartment building also has a washer and dryer in the basement, and also an elevator.
With everything being close proximity, this apartment is ideal for someone always on the go. Located just an 8-minute walk (0.4 miles / 0.6 km) from Madison Square Park, if you are a morning stroller, this would be the ideal location to walk to. Grab a coffee on your morning walk and sit and enjoy the views of Madison Square Park. Look at the Flatiron Building, try to channel your memory of algebraic equations and how it is possible to have a building structured after the Pythagorean Equation (A^2+B^2=C^2). If you love everything Italian, then a stop at Eataly Flatiron is without question. This Italian grocery store also is home to some amazing restaurants and a small crepe shop for your sweet tooth. Let this place transport you to Italy on a gastronomical journey. Though for the best view of New York, the Empire State Building is just it. A 7-minute walk (0.3 miles – 0.5 km) from your one-bedroom apartment, this iconic New York Art Deco architectural structure, gives you a 360-degree view of Manhattan and the rest of the boroughs. But before you go to the top of the Empire State Building, go pick up a new outfit from the world’s largest store, Macy’s, located at Herald Square, just 15 minutes away (0.7 miles / 1.1 km). However, being in such a central location, you still want to view and enjoy the rest of Manhattan, that’s why the nearest subway station is just around the block from your apartment. The 33rd Street Station gives you access to trains 4 and 6. But right by where Macy’s is, you have the 34th Street-Herald Square station, giving you access to trains B, D, Q, N, R, and E.
