New York Apartment - Studio in Little Italy, Soho (NY-18685)

This studio is located in the Little Italy neighborhood in downtown Manhattan between Mulberry Street and Grand Street. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (equivalent to the 3rd European floor) of a low-rise building with elevator. The building also has laundry area, and it is monitored by a security system. 

Please note : The ground floor of this building shares space with a restaurant which can be noisy at times.

Make this studio your new home sweet home! The apartment has hardwood floor in all rooms and A/C. The studio is fully furnished with contemporary furniture. It has a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand with a lamp, sofa, and TV with cable. It also has an open kitchen with microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a bathtub for you to take a relaxing bath! If you have pets, they are welcome to live with you in this apartment!
