This 450-square-foot (around 42 m2) apartment has several feature points and amenities, including exposed brick walls and an in-unit washing machine/dryer.

The living area has several places to sit and watch TV–a dining table, desk, and sofa. Next to the sofa is a double bed. The kitchen has modern touches, with white subway tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave. There is also a dishwasher, toaster, and coffeemaker. Inside the bathroom is a shower and tub combination with floor-to-ceiling tile. 

About four blocks away is Agata and Valentina, an Italian grocery store selling gourmet ingredients and meal kits. About 0.5 miles (around 805 meters) away is the Asia Society and Museum, a cultural legacy with collections from all across Asia. Around the same distance away is John Jay Park, with an outdoor pool and trails for any outdoor enthusiast’s enjoyment. One cannot forget that the iconic and historic Central Park is only around five blocks away as well!

Roughly three blocks away is station 72nd Street and 2nd Ave, with subway lines N, Q, and R. At about 0.3 miles (around 483 meters) away is 77th Street and Lexington Avenue, which offers lines 4 and 6.
