Apartment Share Rental: 12 months
The apartment's location is perfect, close to many subway lines, next door to an amazing grocery store, close to the West Village. The apartment is in perfect condition. The only negative are the many rules given to you by the landlord, some were reasonable, some not so much. I would suggest this apartment as short term.
