This youthful and eclectic two bedroom apartment share is located in Manhattan’s Swanky Upper West Side. Set among beautiful parks and prestigious museums, the room for rent/apartment share is perfect for single travelers or students looking to live in an upwardly mobile area of New York City.
Located on West 95th Street & Central Park West, this two bedroom apartment share sits on the ground floor of a 9-story (equivalent to the European's 8-story) mid-rise elevator building. For maximum convenience, a shared laundry facility is available on premise. A security system assures privacy.
Please Note: This is an apartment share. Only the bedroom will be private. All other rooms (living room, bathroom, kitchen) are shared.
The bedroom for rent embraces a chic, trendy NYC vibe. It features hard wood floors, white painted walls, and two windows. A single-sized bed with sheets is provided. A desk with drawers and a chair accommodates comfortable space to complete workloads, or a private space to consume meals. Cable is available.
In the shared living room, a large sofa accommodates comfortable guest seating. Windows face south and allow easy ventilation. The modernly furnished space is decorated with a traditional area rug over wood floors, shelves filled with books and knick-knacks, and contemporary hanging artwork.
A shared kitchen offers an eccentric environment. Most cooking appliances are supplied, and pots and pans are included. A window offers ventilation. The small, white-tiled bathroom provides a shower with curtain, a toilet, and a window.
Manhattan’s Upper West Side is a prosperous New York neighborhood near some of the city’s best restaurants, parks (including Central Park), and museums. Listed below are some suggestions of where to go in the area.

Emilie is a very hospitable lady. She is open to dialogue and always willing to help if you need any. I met a kind and thoughtful lady (if something's not right, she'll promptly do what's necessary to change it), and respectful of other people's privacy. |

The apartment is very nice for a long-term stay. Quiet and well located. As far as I'm concerned, the negative point is the lack of cleanliness. |

Emily was really nice and accommodating. It was nice to have a short walk to the subway and be close to Central Park. Also, the laundry is in the building which was really nice. |
