Apartment Share Rental: 1 month
The kitchen really needs redoing as it can't be used. I have to say the owner is a very nice and polite man.

Currently there is no access to the kitchen of this apartment. The owner is in the process of looking into having workers come in to remodel the kitchen and will inform New York Habitat when the work is complete so that we can get updated photos. New York Habitat will ensure that all prospective renters are aware of this information.
