Hamilton Heights may not be well-known outside of NYC, but it should be! this three-bedroom apartment is found on Riverside Drive and West 157th Steet, within the Audobon Historic Section, where you can admire gorgeous architecture and visit the Hudson River in the same day. Columbia University is easily accessible on the nearby 1 train (4 stops) and City College is also nearby (1 stop). Riverbank Park runs along the Hudson and features an Olympic-sized swimming pool, indoor and outdoor basketball and soccer courts and even ice-skating! There is also a Planet Fitness gym just down the street from this apartment (.2 miles/300m). For your shopping needs, Broadway is just a street to the east and has cafes, supermarkets and more! this part of Uptown is still part of the Big Apple and has plenty to offer!
The nearest subway is the 1 train, which makes local stops along Manhattan's West side, including the Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle and more (.2mi/250m)! Transfer can easily be made to the express 2 and 3 trains if needed. New York is waiting!

My host was incredibly kind, helpful and communicative. She introduced me to many of her friends straight away, which I appreciated very much and was glad about. This made my stay in NY so much easier and, yes, I also made a genuine friend. I really enjoyed my time at my host's, her apartment and the neighborhood... It was just perfect in every respect. I've no complaints at all... The Italian woman I shared the apartment with was also very nice... I think I was very lucky with my apartment choice. |
