Welcome to the Upper West Side of Manhattan in this room for rent located at Riverside Drive & West 94th Street. Situated in a fully furnished two bedroom apartment share, this room is on the fourth floor (third floor for Europeans) of a 19th century 6-story elevator building with a security system.

Please note that this is a private room for rent in a shared apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with a roommate. Please note that there will be no access to the living room.

Your private bedroom for rent is spacious, with mahogany hardwood floors and warm neutral colored walls. It is equipped with a twin-sized bed facing the window, a desk with a chair, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The kitchen is spacious, colorful, and fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and large window illuminating the room. The shared bathroom has a bath tub, shower, and W/C.

Please note that it is required for tenants to regularly wash the furnished bed linens, and dry clean the bed cover, as well as clean the shared kitchen and bath.
