Located on the corner of Bleecker Street & Macdougal Street, this contemporary styled 2 bedroom is in a prime spot! Greenwich Village is known for its down to earth scene. Its right by Washington Square Park, and is a short walk from Soho, West Village and Tribeca! Macdougal street is one of Downtown Manhattan’s most iconic! It packed with open- late take out eateries, bars that are perfect for bar hopping, and some of the best drink deals in Manhattan.
This apartment is located on the second floor, or the European first floor of a five story building built in 1900. When you enter your apartment you will first notice the clean and modern separate kitchen. It has new finishes and also a washer and dryer. You will notice it is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and a microwave. You will then see a wooden dining table for two, as the space then separates into the two bedrooms. Both include a fully furnished full sized bed, with sheets, an AC unit, and a TV with cable. Finally you will check out the bathroom, and notice it has a glass door shower, nice stone floors, a water closet, and towels for your use.
Like mentioned before, this location in the Greenwich Village is one of the most desirable. You are easily accessible, and also have easy access to most of the downtown areas. This area in particular happens to be one of the most lively. Nearby to Washington Square Park, and to NYU, there is a lot of youthful energy and strong sense of community. Not to mention this neighborhood has some of the most popular restaurants and bars! Food options are never ending, but why don’t you try the chocolate covered strawberries at Chocolate Dip, a sweet or savory crêpe at LE Creperie, some fries at Pomme Frites, or the award-winning blue ribbon burger at Minetta Tavern. Need a brunch spot? Try the new Citizens of Bleecker with every brunch dish you can think of. Or do you need somewhere to watch the game? Head to The Red Lion and satisfy your cravings of your favorite bar snacks. Or check your schedule and head there to listen to some live music. With the 1 train at Houston Street and Varick Street, and the A, B, C, D, E, F, M trains at W. 4th St. and Sixth Avenue, getting wherever you need to go will be no issue!
